Some Muslim scholars have also presented views on this subject. It seems that an understanding of economic freedom can be obtained from the Quran. It seems that by obtaining a Quranic understanding, one can have a better assessment of many existing views. Therefore, this article attempts to extract the views of Muslim scholars and other common views. Then, an understanding of the Quran is obtained from the text of the verses of the Quran and compares it with the aforementioned views. Finally, a comparative summary is presented. The results obtained show that some Muslim scholars reject the principle of economic freedom in Islam and do not consider it acceptable. On the other hand, some also consider economic freedom to be a principle in Islam in the areas of choosing economic activity, ownership, and consumption. The Quran also provides a moral framework for freedom, in which the basic principle of economic freedoms in activity (job and business), property and income is established. The restrictions on economic freedom in the Quran are also within the framework of moral restrictions (activities that generate immoral income, ownership of other people's property and consumption of goods that are harmful to man or society are the main axes of these restrictions) which are presented in the Quran based on the purpose of religion.</p> <p>آزادی یک اصل اساسی در زندگی اجتماعی است و دیدگاه&zwnj;های مختلفی درباره آزادی اقتصادی وجود دارد. همچنین برخی اندیشمندان مسلمان نیز در این زمینه دیدگاه&zwnj;هایی ارایه کرده&zwnj;اند. به نظر می&zwnj;رسد می&zwnj;توان از قران نیز برداشتی برای آزادی اقتصادی به دست آورد. به نظر می&zwnj;رسد با به دست آوردن برداشت قرانی می&zwnj;توان درباره بسیاری از دیدگاه&zwnj;های موجود ارزیابی بهتری داشت. از این رو در این مقاله تلاش می&zwnj;شود دیدگاه&zwnj;های اندیشمندان مسلمان و دیدگاه&zwnj;های رایج دیگر استخراج شود. سپس برداشت از قران از متن آیه&zwnj;های قران به دست آورده شود و آن را با دیدگاه&zwnj;های یاد شده مقایسه کرد. در پایان نیز جمع&zwnj;بندی مقایسه&zwnj;ای ارایه می&zwnj;شود. نتیجه به دست آمده نشان می&zwnj;دهد برخی از اندیشمندان مسلمان اصل آزادی اقتصادی را در اسلام مردود می&zwnj;دانند و آن را قابل پذیرش نمی&zwnj;دانند. در برابر این، برخی نیز آزادی اقتصادی را در زمینه&zwnj;های انتخاب فعالیت &zwnj;اقتصادی، مالکیت و مصرف در اسلام اصل می&zwnj;دانند. قران نیز یک چارچوب اخلاقی را برای آزادی ارایه می&zwnj;کند که در آن اصل اساسی آزادی&zwnj;های اقتصادی درفعالیت (شغل و کسب و کار)، مالکیت و درآمد برقرار است. محدودیت&zwnj;های آزادی اقتصادی در قران نیز در چارچوب محدودیت&zwnj;های اخلاقی است (فعالیت&zwnj;هایی که درآمد غیر اخلاقی ایجاد می&zwnj;کند، مالکیت دارایی های دیگران و مصرف کالاهایی که برای انسان یا جامعه زیان دارد، محورهای اصلی این محدودیت&zwnj;ها هستند)که بر مبنای هدف دین در قران ارایه شده است.</p> http://rahbord-mag.ir/ar/Article/Download/54347
