To achieve this goal, the descriptive-analytical method and the SWOT matrix tool have been used. For this purpose, using the opinions of 17 experts familiar with the sea area, the strengths, weaknesses, damages and threats of sea-based development in the Persian Gulf have been identified and a case study of Bushehr province has been conducted. The research findings show that the most important strengths of sea-based development in Bushehr province are the existence of commercial and fishing ports and the existence of the necessary infrastructure for the export and import of fishery products and the existence of 936 km of maritime border and 707 km of coastal border, and the country's largest maritime border with the Persian Gulf. The most important weaknesses of sea-based development in Bushehr province are the lack of infrastructure such as energy, water and electricity, the lack of rail transport, and the inappropriateness of communication routes from Bushehr province to the center of the country. The most important opportunities for sea-based development in Bushehr province are the possibility of creating new and sustainable jobs in the field of processing and packaging of fishery products, the possibility of developing tourist areas on the coasts of the province, and the ability to create international tourism; the most important threats are the destruction of the marine environment, pollution from industry and agriculture, climate change, sea level rise, increased sea concentration due to desalination plants, and the accumulation of heavy metals.</p> <p>هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی ظرفیت&zwnj;های توسعه دریا محور در خلیج &zwnj;فارس است. برای رسیدن به این هدف، از روش توصیفی&zwnj;تحلیلی و ابزار ماتریس SWOT استفاده &zwnj;شده است. به همین منظور با استفاده از نظرات 17 نفر از کارشناسان آشنا با حوزه دریا، نقاط قوت، ضعف، آسیب&zwnj;ها و تهدیدهای توسعه دریا محور در خلیج &zwnj;فارس شناسایی&zwnj; شده و به مطالعه موردی استان بوشهر پرداخته شده است. یافته&not;های تحقیق نشان می&zwnj;دهد مهم&zwnj;ترین نقاط قوت توسعه دریا محور در استان بوشهر، وجود بنادر تجاری و صیادی و وجود زیرساخت&zwnj;های لازم برای صادرات و واردات محصولات شیلاتی و وجود 936 کیلومتر مرز دریایی و 707 کیلومتر مرز کرانه&zwnj;ای و بیشترین مرز دریایی کشور با خلیج&zwnj;فارس است. مهم&zwnj;ترین نقاط &zwnj;ضعف توسعه دریا محور در استان بوشهر نیز کمبود زیرساخت&zwnj;هایی مانند انرژی، آب و برق و نبود امکان حمل&zwnj;ونقل ریلی و مناسب&zwnj;نبودن راههای ارتباطی استان بوشهر به مرکز کشور است. مهم&zwnj;ترین فرصتهای توسعه دریامحور در استان بوشهر، امکان ایجاد مشاغل جدید و پایدار در زمینه فرآوری و بسته&zwnj;بندی محصولات شیلاتی و امکان توسعه مناطق گردشگری در سواحل استان و توان ایجاد گردشگری بین&zwnj;المللی است؛ مهم&zwnj;ترین تهدیدهای موجود نیز تخریب محیط&zwnj;زیست دریایی، آلودگی&zwnj;های ناشی از صنعت و کشاورزی، تغییرات اقلیمی، افزایش سطح دریا، افزایش غلظت دریا ناشی از آب&zwnj;شیرین&zwnj;کن&zwnj;ها و انباشت فلزات سنگین است.</p> http://rahbord-mag.ir/ar/Article/Download/55100
