Presenting a model for the process of contingent leadership development at different levels according to performance management (case study: National Bank of Iran)

Abstract :
Mohammad Rasool Mahdavi Ruhollah Alikhan Gorgani Farzin Farhabod Abstract The process of contingent leadership development at different levels in the National Bank of Iran is of particular importance. At the organizational and individual level, this process takes place through the formulation of training programs and the development of leadership skills for managers and employees. These programs promote improved decision-making, flexibility and communication skills. The purpose of this research is to provide a model for the development process of contingency leadership at different levels with regard to the performance management of the National Bank of Iran. In order to determine and select the indicators by using research literature and exploratory interviews along with a survey of 12 senior managers of the National Bank of Iran. It has been done, theoretical saturation has been reached from the purposeful sampling method and theoretical sampling, and then the obtained information has been analyzed using the theme analysis method and a paradigm model has been created which has been analyzed by Maxqda20 software. The results of the research show the effectiveness of seven dimensions: internal organizational factors, leader characteristics, performance management, structure, experience acquisition and innovation training, strategies in the National Bank of Iran, which is based on the process of contingent leadership development at different levels with regard to performance management. It is from the existence of development factors in the system, that these factors show the efficiency of the correct development of contingent leadership development at the individual and organizational levels in the National Bank of Iran.
