Border Cooperatives are one of the most populous cooperatives that were established with the aim of increasing the level of welfare and economic power of border people and due to the fragile employment situation and economic activities in border areas, they need double support and their performance should be considered. In this regard, the present study, using the survey method and the use of SPSS and Smart PLS software, seeks to answer the main question: what is the role of social capital in the performance of Tonekabon border cooperatives? The statistical population of the present study is all members of Tonekabon city border cooperatives, whose number according to the latest statistics is about 92,000 people and 384 of them were selected using the Cochran's formula as the sample size. The results indicate that between the total amount of social capital (0.34) and its dimensions, ie social trust (0.38), social participation (0.41), social cohesion (0.30), social support (0.27) 0), social awareness (0.35), social communication (0.36) with the political participation of citizens there is a positive, direct and significant relationship. Therefore, all research hypotheses are confirmed. The results of the structural equation model (Smart PLS) also showed that the total effect of the independent variable of social capital on the performance of frontier cooperatives is 0.55, which by considering the values of the volume of the effect of the coefficient of determination of this value in the amount Average (0.30) is estimated. The first development program in Iran was approved by the National Council in February 1949, and then in July 1948, the law allowing the temporary implementation of the first development program was approved. The duration of this program was seven years. Before the approval of the first development program and during the Second World War, it is important that all economic sectors had negative and unstable growth. In the years leading up to the program, numerous domestic and foreign political problems caused the industrial facilities and factories that had been set up with government support in Iran to be on the verge of closure. The purpose of this research is to examine the foundations of the formation and formulation of the first development program, as well as to evaluate the results and its implementation. The purpose of this research is to investigate how to finance, how to formulate and evaluate the results of the first development program. This research is qualitative and has been done by document analysis. The results of the research show that among the financing sources of the first Program, oil income with 37.1% (7.8 billion Rials) and receiving a loan from the World Bank with 31.9% (6.7 billion Rials) are the main projected financial sources of the program (69% in total) due to The occurrence of important domestic and international issues of these resources did not materialize, which led to the suspension of the program. But this program, as the first national development program, became the basis of the development planning system in Iran, and during its implementation, the organization of the program was formed and limited measures were taken to modernize industries. Also, measures were taken to create new industries and improve the condition of railways and agricultural development. Manuscript profile

Abstract Production growth is the most important goal in all world economies. The main goal of all macroeconomic policies in different countries is to maintain and increase production as much as possible in the first step. Different policies are implemented in different countries. Among these policies, a main category is monetary policies. The purpose of this article is to estimate the effects of monetary policy (within the framework of liquidity regulation and interest rate control), government control (in the monetary sector) and sanctions on Iran's GDP. In this study, data from the years 1357 to 1399 were used. Monetary policy, government control and sanctions were considered as independent variables and production as a dependent variable. The method of data analysis is econometrics, autoregressive with distributed lags (ARDL). EViews software was used to estimate the model. The findings of the research show that the embargo had a negative effect on the GDP. The monetary policy of increasing the applied liquidity has had a positive effect on production, and the monetary policy within the framework of interest rate or bank interest has not had a significant effect on production. Also, government control policy has had a positive effect on production. Manuscript profile

The current research has investigated the effect of financial development and renewable energy consumption on carbon emissions based on consumption in Iran by controlling the variables of economic growth and electricity consumption in the period from 1990 to 2021. After examining the Manai test of the research variables using modified Dickey-Fuller and Ziot-Andrews tests, Bayer and Hank's cointegration test was performed to check the existence of collinearity between the research variables. Then, autoregressive distributed lag estimators, fully modified ordinary least squares, dynamic ordinary least squares and gradual shift causality test were used to investigate the long-term relationship of variables and their causal relationship. The results clearly show that financial development and renewable energy consumption reduce carbon emissions based on consumption in Iran, and economic development and financial development increase carbon emissions based on consumption. The results of the test of gradual causal changes have confirmed the main results of the estimation methods used. Therefore, policymakers in Iran should encourage research and development in low-carbon technologies and also target investments in renewable energy and reduce the level of non-renewable energy imports and avoid investing in high energy consumption sectors that lead to an increase Avoid carbon emissions based on consumption. In the recent years, the emergence and increase of interest in remote working has brought organizational communication into a new field. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to provide a model of organizational communication in the context of remote work. The method of this research is thematic analysis. At first, 90 scientific works were identified in reliable scientific databases, and after reviewing the content related to the research, finally 30 works were directly used to determine the primary codes. To measure the validity of the research, two methods of researcher self-review and transferability were used, and for reliability, two methods of retesting and between two coders were used. Based on the analysis, a complete set of final themes including 32 primary codes, 21 basic themes, and 9 organizing themes was provided. Therefore, the factors affecting organizational communication include internal states, communication skills and social intelligence of the individual along with the level of formality and organizational complexity. In the field of organizational communication methods in the context of remote working, working from home, hybrid work and selective methods were extracted as operational methods, and open communication and interaction were extracted as communication methods. Also, two groups of individual requirements including home communication atmosphere and remote work skills and organizational requirements including human resources, political and technical factors have been proposed. Its consequences include organizational citizenship behavior, employee support behaviors, organizational identity, organizational commitment, and employee job satisfaction. Also, its implementation faces two groups of cultural and infrastructural problems. Manuscript profile

This research delves into the intricate facets of political evolution within the framework of the Islamic Republic of Iran, particularly focusing on the confluence of constitutional governance and strategic foresight. Underlining the imperative of a meticulous scrutiny of both the constitutional framework and the 20-year vision document of 1404, this inquiry probes into the reciprocal influence between the foundational precepts of the constitution, steeped in Islamic jurisprudence, and the transformative objectives delineated in the long-term perspective. Employing a methodical content analysis, the study scrutinizes the stance on political evolution as articulated in both the constitutional provisions and the 20-year horizon document, elucidating the nuanced dynamics that mold Iran's political trajectory. These revelations illuminate the state-driven, hierarchically structured nature of political advancement, underscoring the formidable task of harmonizing developmental initiatives with democratic principles and citizen engagement. This examination not only enriches scholarly discourse surrounding political progression but also furnishes policymakers with invaluable insights to navigate the distinctive socio-political terrain of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Lastly, this study underscores the constitutional emphasis on citizen participation and democratic values as pivotal components for fortifying political and social equilibrium. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of selecting managers with innovative management characteristics on the motivation and organizational commitment of teachers. The type of research is correlational in terms of descriptive method and it is applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this research was made up of all the education workers of Khoy city in 1401-1402, and 215 people were randomly selected based on Cochran's formula. In order to collect data, organizational commitment questionnaires by Maududi, Steers and Porter in (1979), Omid et al.'s innovation (2002) and Lawrence and Jordan's motivation (2009) were used. The data obtained from this research were analyzed using SPSS 17 software and using descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson's correlation coefficient test and step-by-step multiple regression). The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the predictor variables and the criterion, also the regression results also showed that the sum of the predictor variables explained and predicted R2=0.33 of the variance of the criterion variable, that is, the predictor variables accounted for 33% of the characteristics score. They explain innovative management. Hope for companionship 15%, hope for power 11%, fear of failure 3%, emotional commitment 2% and continuous commitment predict 2% of changes in innovative management characteristics. The observed F level for predictor variables is significant at the 0.001 level. Therefore, it can be concluded that motivation and organizational commitment play a role in the level of innovative management characteristics. Manuscript profile

In the past twenty-five years, stability in the security environment of Central Asia has always faced increasing complications and challenges. Nationalist tendencies have been experienced with intensity and weakness in Central Asian republics. As regional powers, Iran and Turkey are located next to each other and in the most sensitive regions of the world, including the Middle East, Central Asia, and the Caucasus. These two countries have their own semantic system and interests, and they have a series of common interests and some conflicts. On the other hand, the importance of the border in diplomatic relations is the recognized boundaries based on international covenants and international law, which are considered a factor for stability and peace between countries or differences and conflicts and territorial claims of countries against each other. An important part of the foreign and domestic policies of the countries are formed and defined according to how they share their borders with each other and enjoy the geopolitical position affected by the borders. Borders can create obstacles against plans and threats that endanger their economy. Therefore, one of the most tense borders of Iran is the northwestern border strip, which has long been the focus of Iran's security and law enforcement authorities, and the issue of security in this region is of the highest importance. It has been special. The main goal of this research is to examine the effects of regional developments on the security of the borders of Iran and Turkey. This research has been done using analytical-explanatory method and using library sources and articles and macro documents. The method of data collection is library and using scientific-research articles. The tool for collecting information is the use of charts and graphs. The results of the research show that recognizing the impact of border markets, the issue of ethnicity, the role of the media, Turkey's membership in NATO, and the presence of terrorist groups in the border strip are among the regional developments that have an impact on the security of Iran and Turkey's borders. Exchange rate fluctuations are very important in spreading and creating economic shocks. Knowing the effective factors in creating exchange rate instability is very important and can be a guide for economic policy makers. Monetary shocks have been one of the effective factors in causing the exchange rate to jump. The main question in this article is to what extent monetary shocks cause overshooting of the exchange rate. Dornbusch model is used to identify structural shocks. For this purpose, the research model has been estimated using the structural vector autoregression (SVAR) technique and seasonal data during the years 1999-2017.The experimental results of the research indicate the positive and significant effect of monetary shocks on the real rate. Therefore, due to the fact that changes in the amount of money cause fluctuations in the exchange rate and the overshooting phenomenon in the exchange rate, it is suggested that the government refrain from creating monetary shocks and that follow the appropriate monetary rule is inspired by Friedman's monetary rule or Taylor's monetary rule based on the limitation of money growth to the extent of economic growth.
