Arsham Hedaei Mohammad Reza Farzin Karim Emami Jazeh Farhad Ghaffari Abstract In the world, most of the national economies have experienced economic stagnation after the financial crisis. This has raised the need to examine the impact of financial innovation and economic growth to protect countries from problems that may arise from financial sector market failures. With the growth in the global economy, it is one of the basic factors of financial innovation that is observed in developed and developing countries and creates fruitful results for the economy. The relationship between financial innovation and economic growth during the last few decades is one of the topics of concern for economists. In this study, using the PMG test, we test the effect of financial innovation indicators on economic growth in developed and developing countries for the period from 2000 to 2022. Three proxy variables have been used to calculate financial innovation: liquidity to the volume of money in circulation (M2/M1), bank credit to the private sector, and a proxy with mobile phone penetration is used to calculate the number of active internet subscribers to the population. In developed countries, in the long run, all the coefficients except the inflation rate are significant at the level of 5%. The effect of government spending, gross capital formation and trade liberalization on economic growth has been positive. The coefficients of M2/M1 and mobile phone penetration are negative and the reliability coefficient is positive. In developing countries, coefficients of M2/M1 and mobile phone penetration are negative and credits are positive. Financial innovation indicators M2/M1 and mobile phone penetration rate (MB) have a negative effect on economic growth. The growth of innovation cannot be the basis of economic development for developing economies; Because the infrastructure is not available in these countries. Manuscript profile

Fereshte Gholami Hossein Aslipour Gholamreza Kazemian Shirvan Saeed Zarandi Abstract With reference to comparative policy studies and the level of competitiveness throughout the global value chain (GVCs), the effect of related policies can be traced. This article aims at studying industrial policy of local content requirements (LCRs), which are among the most prevalent as well as primary policiese used in any development model. This has been done to study the effect of LCRs on upgrading the position of a country’s automotive industry concerning GVCs through a variable- oriented approach. China and Mexico have been picked out in accordance with sample selection approach in the systems encompassing a great deal of similarities as well as the most similar outcomes. Further to the historical review of the development process of the automotive industry, focusing on the LCRs policy, the effect of this policy on the three indicators FVASH, REII and DVAFXSH has been carried out by logistic regression. These indicators determine the level of competitiveness throughout GVCs. The logistic regression shows a significant logit relationship between the LCRs policy status and the DVAFXSH variable, but no significant relationship is observed for the other two variables. The trend review also shows that after the implementation and removal of LCRs, the FVASH and REII indices have not changed much, but the DVAFXSH has increased, especially in Mexico. It shows that the systematic implementation of LCRs can have significant effects in upgrading the position of countries in GVCs in the automotive sector, through DVAFXSH. Ali Salmanpour Siamak ShokouhiFard Hatef Hazeri Niri Abstract One of the major objectives of any economic system, achieving high and stable economic growth rates, inflation, full employment a fair distribution of income in the country. As a result, decision-making and reducing investment time horizon is shorter latest Blnd¬Mdt and other factors mentioned. Inflationary uncertainty is also considered as one of the costs of inflation. Inflationary uncertainty leads to the deviation of economic decisions in the field of production. In these difficult circumstances, and the uncertainty of future decisions, decisions that affect economic agents. The focus of this study was to investigate the effect of inflation on economic growth Na¬Atmynany Iran. In this research, hypothesis testing and multivariate linear regression model VAR-GARCH-M method to analyze the data in the period 1347 to 1401 is used. In calculate the uncertainty, using modeling ARMA (Box - Jenkins) to determine the order of the action. In general, the results of this study shows the negative impact of inflation uncertainty on economic growth in the long term. Although this effect was positive in the short term, it has unusual effects on the economic components in the long term. In other words, the stability of inflationary uncertainty in the long term also increases inflation. Other results obtained from long-term relationships indicate the positive effect of money volume and exchange rate fluctuations on economic growth. Also, the result obtained from the Granger causality test also shows that the causality relationship is from inflation uncertainty to inflation, so that the opposite relationship is not significant. Seyed Mohammad Mostolizadeh Abstract Introduction: Health means having complete physical, mental and social well-being, and it is not only the absence of disease, disability and disability. Considering the entry of health economics into the economics literature, it is necessary to study how economic indicators affect health. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of misery index on health index for Iran. Method: The self-regression method with distributed intervals (ARDL) was used for Iran during the years 1361-1398. The data used in this study are a composite index (life expectancy index, per capita health expenditure, mortality of children under 5 years old), which contains information about life expectancy from the World Bank, health expenditure from the budget law and calculations and death Mortality of children under 5 years old UNICEF data and data on misery index, Gini coefficient and GDP per capita have been extracted from the Statistics and Economic Indicators Center of the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The model and tests required for the research were estimated in Eviews 10 software. Findings: The results show that the misery index has a negative and significant effect on the health index. Also, based on empirical findings, income inequality has a negative and significant effect on the health index, while GDP per capita has a positive and significant effect on the health index. Discussion: Based on the results of the model, the misery index variable has a negative and significant coefficient on health costs. The index of misery is lower and lower in the lower classes of society. Due to rising inflation, the purchasing power of the lower deciles of society has been severely damaged. In addition, GDP per capita has a positive and significant effect on the health index. Higher per capita income leads to better health by improving living conditions such as access to safe drinking water, better roads, proper nutrition, and so on. While income inequality has a significant negative effect on the health index. By reducing income inequality in society, the possibility of investing in education, health; Employment is provided for more people. Manuscript profile

Bagher Adabi Firouzjaee Abstract One of the governments' policy for export development is to cover political and commercial risks through the issuance of export insurance and guarantees products by export credit Agencies (ECA). In Iran, this plan is done by The Export Guarantee Fund of Iran (EGFI). The evidence indicates that the value of export insurance and guarantees product and also the number of exporters benefiting from them are low. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize the challenges of export insurance and guarantee products in the country based on the SBC approach. In addition, this study has been carried out by analytical-descriptive-survey method. In this approach after surveying of theoretical and experimental studies and obtaining the opinions of experts, the main challenges of exporters in using of export insurance and guarantee services are collected in the form of a questionnaire (including 34 component). After confirming its validity and reliability, the questionnaire was distributed among the selected exporters (current and former customers of the EGFI) and analyzed by SPSS software. The results of the questionnaire analysis indicate that, the exporters are faced with three types of challenges including content factors (such as the lack of exchange rate coverage, high risk of export destination countries, Obligatory credits of government and low capital adequacy of the fund), behavioral factors (restriction in foreign guarantees issuance, weak financial brokerage relations of the fund with foreign financial institution, lack of preferential insurance premiums, shortage of diversity of insurance instruments and weakness of electronic infrastructure) and structural factors (collateral problems, lack of policy coordination between the guarantee fund and Export Development Bank, lack of a comprehensive online risk map and Absence of export insurance and guarantee program for SME industries). Finally, some policy implication are presented in based on the three categories of factors mentioned. Manuscript profile

Mohammad Taqi Heidari Saadi Saedi Doise Abstract In addition to the negative environmental and economic effects, the scattered growth of cities has many social costs, these costs increase day by day with the displacement and distance of urban neighborhoods from the city center and the formation of urban suburbs. Urban sprawl does not have a social cost by itself, but population displacement is the first consequence of urban expansion that affects the social network. Social problems related to dispersion, such as lack of diversity, poor communication, and as a result, the reduction of social capital, as well as health problems such as obesity due to dependence on cars, have been attributed to it. Dispersion abandons neighborhood structure in favor of car-dependent patterns, resulting in driving being mandatory for almost all daily activities. Finally, commentators such as Putnam argue that the low-density suburban lifestyle associated with sprawl also reduces social capital and leads to a less healthy society. Sprawl Repair transforms sprawling car-dominated urban developments into whole communities that perform better economically, socially and environmentally. The purpose of the strategy of regeneration of dispersions is to create communities based on neighborhood units. The primary tactic of this method is to insert required elements such as buildings, high density, public space, additional communications, etc. to complete and diversify the scattered monocultural masses. Considering that today, participation-oriented and people-based approaches are among the most progressive and accepted approaches in the field of urban design, therefore, in this research, which was carried out using a descriptive and analytical method, an attempt is made to compare the concept of social capital with Sprawl Repair, which is A new tactic has been introduced in the regeneration of dispersions and the creation of complete communities, and finally we prove that the regeneration of urban dispersion is a driving force and a facilitating factor that has positive consequences on social capital. Meysam Kaviani Frshad Bozorgi Farzad Nikfarjam Abstract In the current challenging economy with increasing environmental pressures and limited external resources, current assets and liabilities, i.e., the working capital of economic enterprises, are increasingly important, and the working capital of economic enterprises can be considered as a competitive advantage for them. The working capital of the company is the amount invested in current assets. Working capital is considered as a life-giving force for every economic unit and its management should be considered as an important function in management. The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the working capital behavior of companies under economic recession in Tehran's capital market. For this purpose, the information of the companies in the period of 10 years from 2013 to 2022 was reviewed and 110 companies were selected. In order to test the hypotheses of the research, multivariate regression method was used. The results showed that the economic recession has a significant impact on the components of working capital management, while the shock from the production sector does not affect them considering the role of financial constraints. The results also showed that the economic recession has a positive effect on the ratio of working capital and a negative effect on the cash conversion cycle, and finally that the economic recession, while having a negative effect on performance, is also affected by the shock from the production sector with the moderating role of financial restrictions. Ebrahim Mollazadeh shirehpazi Hossein Emari Siamak Mousavi Hossein Gharehbiglo Abstract Objective: The brand is a set of mental nodes or functional, emotional, intellectual implications and advantages that occupy the mind of the target market. Associating the meanings and linking images and signs with the brand are some of the advantages and benefits of a brand. It is the advantages or benefits and the brand that become the basis of the decision to buy a product. If enough attention is not paid to the brand decline and failure of the brand will occur, and the revival of failed brands which is called brand revival is a very difficult task. The current research aims to identify the dimensions and components of brand revival in the textile industry. Methodology: The method of this research is sequential mixed in the form of pragmatism paradigm, which started with qualitative method and data-based strategy and then ended with quantitative method and causal strategy. The method of data analysis in the qualitative part of coding and the statistical population include 17 managers of companies active in the textile industry of Iran, who have been interviewed using the snowball method (reaching the theoretical saturation limit). In the quantitative part, structural equation modeling was used. In order to evaluate the validity of the model, managers and distributors of the textile industry were considered as the statistical population, and random cluster method was used for sampling. Findings: To determine the dimensions of brand revival Interviews with 17 elite experts in the field of brand management and prominent textile industry managers, were performed by snowball method and the theoretical saturation limit was achieved. Also, the validity and reliability of the interview protocol was checked and confirmed through the Guba method. In the quantitative part, in order to determine the contribution and weighting of the dimensions of brand revival, all managers, sales and marketing employees and distributors formed a statistical population, the size of the sample was 110 randomly selected according to the Morgan table method. Investigating convergent validity with AVE criterion, divergent validity was evaluated with structural equation method and total reliability was calculated and confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test of 0.962. In order to analyze the data, confirmatory factor analysis was performed in PLS. The findings showed that the influencing factors include 166 components (open code), 114 dimensions (axial code) in the form of 16 factors extracted from library sources and the opinions of managers and experts. Conclusion: In this research, for the first time, the brand revival structure in the textile industry was designed and tested. Applying this method is completely different from the previous studies that were designed to understand the prerequisites and dimensions of the brand. In this research, based on the data model of the Glaser foundation and the method of structural equations, a fourteen-factor model in the form of 114 functional components was presented for revitalizing the brand of textile industries.
