One of the most important goals of any government and country is to achieve stability in various economic, social, financial and political fields. The present study examines the effect of oil shocks on political, financial and economic risk in Iran's economy using the framework of structural vector autoregression (SVAR) model in the period of 1379:4-1398. The results of the impulse response functions show that the positive oil price shock has led to an increase in the political risk index in the short term, which was in accordance with theoretical expectations. Also, the positive shock of the total demand has followed the positive reaction of the risk index and has led to the decrease of risk. Sanctions have recorded the greatest effect on political risk. The positive shock of oil supply and total demand has led to a significant reduction in financial risk. The economic risk also shows a significant reaction to the total demand shock and the sanctions shock, as a result of which the risk increases. The results of variance decomposition show that among the three risks (oil price, oil supply, and oil demand), oil shocks have the greatest impact on financial, political, and economic risks, respectively. Financial and economic risk had the greatest effect from the total demand shock and political risk from the oil price shock. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this paper is to identify and present a high-risk investment model for insurance institutions in order to establish a risky insurance investment fund. In this paper, it has been tried to identify and introduce the most important factors and effective factors of venture capital (VC) using the technique of fuzzy network analysis process in the insurance industry. The data needed for the research has been collected through in-depth interviews with a number of experts and researchers in the insurance industry, as well as a questionnaire. Due to the lack of independence and the existence of dependence between the effective factors, the method of fuzzy network analysis process was used to identify the possible dependencies between factors and measure them for the development of the VC model, and the results were prioritized with the method of non-fuzzy network analysis process. Is. The findings of the research show that operating cycle indicators, total asset turnover ratio, total investment return, loss factor, asset-liability ratio are ranked first to fifth among VC indicators. VCs help the insurance industry establish internal accounting rules and standardize their financial statements. In other words, VC support modifies the "hard" and "soft" information required for insurance. Manuscript profile

The cement industry is considered one of the most important, fast-moving and influential industries in the industrial development and growth of any country. In the current research, the aim of more precisely knowing the cement market of Iran in order to achieve the goals of principle 44 of the constitution of Iran using analytical and quantitative methods, the economic situation of cement in various fields including its market structure in Iran and the world in the period of 2012-2018 has been investigated. The results obtained in Iran have shown that the cement production capacity has a growing trend and an excess of supply compared to demand. The countries of Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait have been the most important target markets for Iran's cement exports so far. Determining the price of cement through the commodity exchange has removed the existing challenges. The cement industry is one of the energy-intensive industries, which has the largest consumption of fuel oil (furnace oil) among the different energies compared to all industries. the production companies in order to manage costs are mainly located in the border points and close to the production raw materials and they export their products to the nearest target market. The results of Herfindahl-Hirschman concentration index calculations, by information of 36 active companies and members of the stock exchange in Iran, showed that this industry has a monopolistic competition structure regardless of the ownership effect, and a multilateral monopoly structure in terms of the ownership effect. The structure of the export and import side of this industry in global markets also has a structure of monopolistic competition. Manuscript profile

Throughout the history, food and its supply has been the most important concern of human beings. It is obvious that the food system of any country is affected by the cultural, economic and social policies in which the states have a direct influence. The aim of this article is to conduct a qualitative study of the state policies and their effects on the changes in food consumption patterns among the households in Rasht city. It is conducted by a qualitative method and phenomenological approach and the data were collected through an in-depth interview and observation. The sampling method was purposeful and 21 citizens of Rasht city were interviewed. The data obtained from the interviews were analyzed using MAXQDA software. The findings show that the negative consequences of state policies in the 2000s and 2010s dominated the positive consequences. Although the economic and social policies caused many problems for the people with different levels, they also led people towards the optimal economic consumption of the goods. Investigations of the changes occurred in the food consumption pattern among the Rasht citizens show that the categories of demographic and cultural structure, lifestyle change, self distinguishing, the availability of food centers, and the media play a key role in the tendency of citizens towards eating outside. On the other hand, the financial challenges and economic capacity, relatively high food security and adherence to the traditional culture are the reasons tending people towards having the traditional foods. Development programs in Iran are designed to increase development. But it is necessary to conduct studies to monitor and evaluate the degree of realization of the program's goals. In this study, by using the factor analysis method, the level of development of Golestan province during the fourth to sixth development plans has been evaluated and measured. In order to investigate this issue, three categories of indicators were used: a. Macroeconomic development b. Social and cultural development c. Infrastructural development and prosperity. For each of these indicators, the relative and absolute development of the province was calculated. The results show that from the fourth plan to the sixth plan, the absolute development of Golestan province is 1.58 percent weaker and the relative development of Golestan province is 3.4 percent less compared to the whole country. In other words, firstly, Golestan province has decreased by 1.58% in terms of the development index compared to its conditions at the beginning of the program, secondly, this development decrease was 3.4% more than the average of the whole country.. Therefore, during the 7th development plan, the planners of Golestan province need to design methods to compensate for this backwardness in the previous plans.   Manuscript profile
