Development, as one of the important factors in economic and social developments, has a significant impact on the business environment. Changes and political rules of governance directly and indirectly affect companies and markets. The purpose of the current research is to investigate the political development and its effect on the business environment, which is an analytical descriptive method. What emerged from the results of this research is that changes in financial, commercial policies and government regulations can lead to changes in interest rates, inflation rates, stock market fluctuations and business volumes. Also, political development can have a direct impact on working conditions and employment in companies. Therefore, companies should be prepared to anticipate political changes and their impact on their business and update their policies according to these changes.
