Capital in any organization can have positive effects on activities and it is human capital that causes the goals to move properly toward organizational development. The purpose of this paper is identifying the organizational strategies for entrepreneurial human capital development by the Meta-analysis method of Sandelowski & Barroso model. For this purpose, after searching in reputable databases based on the set criteria, finally 25 articles selected and by analyzing their content, the relevant concepts and codes extracted. Based on the research findings, organizational strategies for entrepreneurial human capital development include seven concepts of implementing entrepreneurial culture in the organization, defining employees training programs in the organization, implementing job shadow courses for employees, managing talent management programs in the organization, defining employee skills development programs, organizational mentoring programs, and coaching programs in the organization.
