The duration of this program was seven years. Before the approval of the first development program and during the Second World War, it is important that all economic sectors had negative and unstable growth. In the years leading up to the program, numerous domestic and foreign political problems caused the industrial facilities and factories that had been set up with government support in Iran to be on the verge of closure. The purpose of this research is to examine the foundations of the formation and formulation of the first development program, as well as to evaluate the results and its implementation. The purpose of this research is to investigate how to finance, how to formulate and evaluate the results of the first development program. This research is qualitative and has been done by document analysis. The results of the research show that among the financing sources of the first Program, oil income with 37.1% (7.8 billion Rials) and receiving a loan from the World Bank with 31.9% (6.7 billion Rials) are the main projected financial sources of the program (69% in total) due to The occurrence of important domestic and international issues of these resources did not materialize, which led to the suspension of the program. But this program, as the first national development program, became the basis of the development planning system in Iran, and during its implementation, the organization of the program was formed and limited measures were taken to modernize industries. The main goal of all macroeconomic policies in different countries is to maintain and increase production as much as possible in the first step. Different policies are implemented in different countries. Among these policies, a main category is monetary policies. The purpose of this article is to estimate the effects of monetary policy (within the framework of liquidity regulation and interest rate control), government control (in the monetary sector) and sanctions on Iran's GDP. In this study, data from the years 1357 to 1399 were used. Monetary policy, government control and sanctions were considered as independent variables and production as a dependent variable. The method of data analysis is econometrics, autoregressive with distributed lags (ARDL). EViews software was used to estimate the model. The findings of the research show that the embargo had a negative effect on the GDP. The monetary policy of increasing the applied liquidity has had a positive effect on production, and the monetary policy within the framework of interest rate or bank interest has not had a significant effect on production. Also, government control policy has had a positive effect on production. Manuscript profile -

After MoreThe current research has investigated the effect of financial development and renewable energy consumption on carbon emissions based on consumption in Iran by controlling the variables of economic growth and electricity consumption in the period from 1990 to 2021. After examining the Manai test of the research variables using modified Dickey-Fuller and Ziot-Andrews tests, Bayer and Hank's cointegration test was performed to check the existence of collinearity between the research variables. Then, autoregressive distributed lag estimators, fully modified ordinary least squares, dynamic ordinary least squares and gradual shift causality test were used to investigate the long-term relationship of variables and their causal relationship. The results clearly show that financial development and renewable energy consumption reduce carbon emissions based on consumption in Iran, and economic development and financial development increase carbon emissions based on consumption. The results of the test of gradual causal changes have confirmed the main results of the estimation methods used. Therefore, policymakers in Iran should encourage research and development in low-carbon technologies and also target investments in renewable energy and reduce the level of non-renewable energy imports and avoid investing in high energy consumption sectors that lead to an increase Avoid carbon emissions based on consumption. The type of research is correlational in terms of descriptive method and it is applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this research was made up of all the education workers of Khoy city in 1401-1402, and 215 people were randomly selected based on Cochran's formula. In order to collect data, organizational commitment questionnaires by Maududi, Steers and Porter in (1979), Omid et al.'s innovation (2002) and Lawrence and Jordan's motivation (2009) were used. The data obtained from this research were analyzed using SPSS 17 software and using descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson's correlation coefficient test and step-by-step multiple regression). The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the predictor variables and the criterion, also the regression results also showed that the sum of the predictor variables explained and predicted R2=0.33 of the variance of the criterion variable, that is, the predictor variables accounted for 33% of the characteristics score. They explain innovative management. Hope for companionship 15%, hope for power 11%, fear of failure 3%, emotional commitment 2% and continuous commitment predict 2% of changes in innovative management characteristics. The observed F level for predictor variables is significant at the 0.001 level. Therefore, it can be concluded that motivation and organizational commitment play a role in the level of innovative management characteristics. Manuscript profile -

Nationalist tendencies have been experienced with intensity and weakness in Central Asian republics. As regional powers, Iran and Turkey are located next to each other and in the most sensitive regions of the world, including the Middle East, Central Asia, and the Caucasus. These two countries have their own semantic system and interests, and they have a series of common interests and some conflicts. On the other hand, the importance of the border in diplomatic relations is the recognized boundaries based on international covenants and international law, which are considered a factor for stability and peace between countries or differences and conflicts and territorial claims of countries against each other. An important part of the foreign and domestic policies of the countries are formed and defined according to how they share their borders with each other and enjoy the geopolitical position affected by the borders. Borders can create obstacles against plans and threats that endanger their economy. Therefore, one of the most tense borders of Iran is the northwestern border strip, which has long been the focus of Iran's security and law enforcement authorities, and the issue of security in this region is of the highest importance. It has been special. The main goal of this research is to examine the effects of regional developments on the security of the borders of Iran and Turkey. This research has been done using analytical-explanatory method and using library sources and articles and macro documents. The method of data collection is library and using scientific-research articles. The tool for collecting information is the use of charts and graphs. The results of the research show that recognizing the impact of border markets, the issue of ethnicity, the role of the media, Turkey's membership in NATO, and the presence of terrorist groups in the border strip are among the regional developments that have an impact on the security of Iran and Turkey's borders. Knowing the effective factors in creating exchange rate instability is very important and can be a guide for economic policy makers. Monetary shocks have been one of the effective factors in causing the exchange rate to jump. The main question in this article is to what extent monetary shocks cause overshooting of the exchange rate. Dornbusch model is used to identify structural shocks. For this purpose, the research model has been estimated using the structural vector autoregression (SVAR) technique and seasonal data during the years 1999-2017.The experimental results of the research indicate the positive and significant effect of monetary shocks on the real rate. Therefore, due to the fact that changes in the amount of money cause fluctuations in the exchange rate and the overshooting phenomenon in the exchange rate, it is suggested that the government refrain from creating monetary shocks and that follow the appropriate monetary rule is inspired by Friedman's monetary rule or Taylor's monetary rule based on the limitation of money growth to the extent of economic growth. In this regard, the paper maintains that considering Mohammad-Reza`s government as a rentier state would allow to conceive its structure and the ultimate decay. According to the theory, such description might be applicable to those states which a large majority of their overall revenue comes from regular foreign revenue rather than national production cycle. Such performance, negatively affecting the economic, social and political realm of the society, is much likely to end up in the legitimacy crisis and the collapse of the state itself. Accordingly, having become a rentier state from late1950s on, due to the rise in oil revenue, the second Pahlavi reign encountered some negative impact of such situation on its economy, politics, and society, which, all in all, had de-stabilizing effects on regime. Ever-increasing governmental domination over the economy, rise in the proportion of oil-driven revenues in governmental budget and development policies, a more autocrat king, extension of security/ intelligence services and, consequently, a more political oppression, taking control the society by bureaucracy, prevalence of financial corruption and promotion of rent-seeking ethos, and propagating the formal/ government-run culture by the regime are some of the most significant such effects. Hence, this situation caused to a gap between government and the people, their distrust in regime as an illegitimate one, and, consequently, contributed to its collapse in 1979. To explain the data, the present paper takes advantage of a descriptive-analytic method Manuscript profile -
