  Think tanks serve as a bridge between knowledge and policy. They provide the needed information for planning and decision making by analyzing issues and providing solutions. So policy makers can take efficient decision based on think tank outputs to solve problems. Isfahan municipality is a key organization in urban development, so it needs to take efficient decision for solving problems. Therefore specialist think tanks are established in Isfahan municipality. In this study, think tanks were evaluated in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness their performance. The research method is descriptive-analytic. Information was collected based on documental analysis method. In order to examine think tanks in Isfahan municipality, indicators were extracted with using literature review and opinions of Isfahan municipality experts. These indicators were evaluated by 30 members of think tanks of Isfahan Municipality. Research findings showed that think tanks were evaluated Relatively desirable in leader of think tank ability, Service description, access to urban decision-makers, persons with different ideas, Level of participation of managers, paying attention to foresight, using of think tank methods, knowledge management and results publication and Recommendations considered by policymakers and civil society organizations.   The issue of financing and attracting capital is among the important and influential factors in the decision-making process in organizations and companies. The present research was carried out with the aim of investigating the optimal methods for financing the production-distribution cooperative companies of Kashmer city. The statistical population of the current research includes all types of production cooperative companies active in Kashmer city, which number 148 companies. The statistical sample of the research was selected using the Kokoran formula of 85 companies. This research was carried out using the survey method (field research) of distributing questionnaires with standard components and with the help of managers of cooperative companies, experts and experts in the field of cooperatives of the General Department of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare of Kashmer city. Structural equations and exploratory factor analysis methods and Spss 24 and smartpls.3 software were used to perform the final analysis in the descriptive and inferential statistics section. The results of the research showed that the economic status of the members is in the first place, the participation and cooperation of the banks in the second place, Macro political and economic factors in the third place, supporting policies in the fourth place and people's participation in the fifth place are the effective factors on the financing of production-distribution cooperative companies in Kashmar city. Also, the results showed that the financing methods of production-distribution companies of the cooperative sector affect their performance. So that the variable of the economic status of the cooperative members has the most influence and the variable of people's participation has the least influence on the performance of the production cooperative companies active in Kashmer city.   The rapid growth of cities and gaining them from the municipalities and resources has made appropriate services for these organizations to a great challenge. As a result of developments, public organizations including municipalities are affected by internal and external factors, structural, cultural, economic, social and political. Therefore, unban managers as head of the city's leadership pyramid have the heavy task of creating harmory between the parts that govern the city. In study aimed to investigate the effect of environmental uncertainty on the performance of the Isfahan municipality in considering the mediating role of innovation and strategic orientation. This research is of descriptive-analytical nature in terms of type and nature, and in terms of purpose, it is a type of applied research. The information gathering method is survey type (using a questionnaire) and a hypothesis type. The model has been tested through data collection from the sample of 193 listed among the managers and directors of Isfahan municipality and using partial least squares method (PLS). Findings show the negative and significant negative effects of environmental uncertainty on municipality functions. The strategic orientation also reversed the relationship between environmental uncertainty and municipality functions, but the moderating role of innovation was not endorsed. Accordingly, some practical suggestions have been developed to be applied bay managers. Manuscript profile

  The purpose of this research was the effect of targeted organizational forgetting on organizational performance with the role of knowledge management mediator in sports and youth departments in the northwest of the country. The current research was of a descriptive-correlation type and applied in terms of purpose, which was carried out by the field method. The statistical population of this research included all managers and employees of sports and youth departments in the northwestern provinces of the country. 301 participants were selected as a statistical sample using random sampling method. The data was collected through a questionnaire (alpha coefficient was above 0.8). For data analysis, descriptive statistics (such as tables, mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling) were used using SPSS and PLS software. The results showed that purposeful forgetting had a positive and significant effect on knowledge management (p=0.001). Also, knowledge management and purposeful forgetting had positive and significant effects on organizational performance (p=0.001 and p=0.001). In this research, we investigated the mediating role of knowledge management as well as innovation in the relationship between organizational forgetfulness and organizational performance, and the research results showed that knowledge management mediates the relationship between organizational forgetfulness and organizational performance. The results show that through effective organizational forgetting, organizations are able to transform knowledge into a new product, service and process, which brings innovative managerial and operational results.   Border Cooperatives are one of the most populous cooperatives that were established with the aim of increasing the level of welfare and economic power of border people and due to the fragile employment situation and economic activities in border areas, they need double support and their performance should be considered. In this regard, the present study, using the survey method and the use of SPSS and Smart PLS software, seeks to answer the main question: what is the role of social capital in the performance of Tonekabon border cooperatives? The statistical population of the present study is all members of Tonekabon city border cooperatives, whose number according to the latest statistics is about 92,000 people and 384 of them were selected using the Cochran's formula as the sample size. The results indicate that between the total amount of social capital (0.34) and its dimensions, ie social trust (0.38), social participation (0.41), social cohesion (0.30), social support (0.27) 0), social awareness (0.35), social communication (0.36) with the political participation of citizens there is a positive, direct and significant relationship. Therefore, all research hypotheses are confirmed. The results of the structural equation model (Smart PLS) also showed that the total effect of the independent variable of social capital on the performance of frontier cooperatives is 0.55, which by considering the values of the volume of the effect of the coefficient of determination of this value in the amount Average (0.30) is estimated.
